Valuations & Appraisals
We always like to meet you at your property so we get the chance to introduce ourselves in person. We will then give you a professional appraisal of your property and the expected rental income we can achieve.
We conduct all Viewings with Tenants relieving you of any further hassle.
We request bank, employment, previous Landlords and Financial statements from our Tenants in advance of the commencement of the tenancy.
Transfer of Utilities
Lettingsagent.ie arranges for the transfer of ESB, Bord Gas and other utility accounts to tenants names.
We Draw up your Tenancy Agreement and set up standing order for collection of rent on the agreed basis.
Repairs and Maintenance
We have our own Maintenance Team of competitively priced Tradesmen to handle 24hr emergencies, repairs to your property and general maintenance you may require.
Should you require we can conduct regular inspections throughout the tenancy. We always conduct a check out inspection in advance of the termination of the contract.
Inventories with Photos
It is extremely important to ensure that an inventory of your furnishings and fittings have been documented and a replacement cost agreed by both Landlord and Tenant in advance of the Tenancy. In the event of dispute this documentation along with photos can be produced as proof of condition.
